Quick and responsive processing with caring staff.

After researching multiple companies, Embrace had the best overall coverage and flexibility in plans, so I decided to try them. I insured my three dogs, two ages 5 and one age 12. Unfortunately, I've had to use the insurance with surprise issues that have occurred. A thyroid issue, and emergency room visit and random skin infection along with their annual physicals. I have been pleasantly surprised by the quick turnaround in claims and the ease to track a claims processing. I definitely recommend Embrace as a very good company to insure my pets with.

swelling of foot

running in the clover caused a bee sting on her paw and a limping Petunia. our wonderful vet saw her right away as it was swelling quickly. Embrace covered the visit promptly with little wait time. very happy with Embrace for keeping my girl covered these past 8 years. those four little paws have made it through 8 new England seasons. she is my sole companion and I love her very much. I pass the word about Embrace wherever I go.

Great customer service

They are always helpful and work with you not against you. I've tried other pet insurance with other pets. This is the one I'm sticking with ans recommending to friends

Good Coverage

Our pet ate some poison pellets and required emergency treatment. We paid out of our pocket and sent the bill to Embrace. We had a check sent to us within 2 weeks for part of the bill which helped out a lot.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
