Fast claims payment and everything has been covered

We have 3 French Bulldogs and have been using Embrace for 4 years. Unfortunately, we've had to have a few life saving surgeries for our boys, but Embrace has covered everything! Our youngest was suffocating due to an elongated soft palate and required 5 days in a hospital after his surgery with a tracheostomy. It was a hefty bill but Embrace sent us a check 7 days after we submitted the claims. I highly recommend them !! They don't exclude breed specific health issues and that has been a blessing. Our boys are all healthy and we've never had to worry about being unable to afford their vet bills.

Embrace Cares about our pets

After 3 1/2 years of coverage with Embrace, I fortunately have only had to make 2 claims for illness related medical expenses . I haven't yet had full reimbursement because of not exceeding my deductible because I'm lucky to have a healthy kitcat The online reimbursement claims have been processed quickly and with individualized returned e-messages.

This company does what they say they will do.

Embrace Insurance has been easy to work with, and clear on their policies. Unfortunately our Jessie was having seizures, (hopefully under control now) and they covered the doctor's visits with no hassle, they do what they say they will do. I appreciate it!

Always Great Service!!

Quickly pays claims, very compassionate about the health care needs of our pets

Embrace is by far the best pet insurance company I have found! They are reasonably priced, offer excellent benefits, their reimbursement process for claims is top notch and when we lost one of our dogs a couple years ago, they were quick to offer their condolences in a beautiful card :) My sister has another insurance company who can't even compare to the wonderful experience we've had with Embrace! We recommend Embrace to all pet owners we talk to about purchasing insurance for their pets. Thank you guys for being so great!!!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
