Terrible
I've had Embrace for my pets for several years and never had a problem with them paying my claims. However my last experience was the worst customer service I've experienced. I honestly believe it was due to one employee. Her attitude was one of just not caring and very controversial. Because of my pets aging I will continue to do business with the company but I don't recommend them to anyone else. Until they investigate my claim and find out why this employee doesn't care about who pays her salary please chose another pet insurance company
