Great!

Great service! One of my cats had an unexpected serious medical issue with several claims, and Embrace has handled all of them promptly and communicated with me about their status the whole way. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for pet insurance.

Very easy to work with and kept informed as to claims.

Embrace provides the coverage that was in initial information, and maintains contact with me from the time the claim is received at Embrace and determination has been made as to determination is made. Any phone contact with agents has always been positive.

If You have had previous ailments with another insurance don't bother with embrace.

My Pup Has had ASPCA Insurance for a year, while with that insurance he has had vomiting, abrasions on his feet and more. We decided to leave ASPCA because they barely was covering anything. Queue Embrace, i did my research and figure this was a good company, boy was i wrong. My pup got a cyst on his foot, and it was classified as foot licking which apparently in the same category as skin abrasions/scabs from his past incident so he want covered, they claim that he needs to be free of any foot skin issues for 12 months to receive coverage, next issue he had was a vomiting fit where yet again while the claim hasn't gone fully though, a email sent to me about his coverage a few weeks back stated that since he had a previous issue of vomiting in the past, he needs to also be clear for 12 months before embrace will cover anything, so i know that this recent bill will 99% sure not be covered. What are they good for then? Sure my pups wellness things gets taken care of but I'm paying higher for insurance than ASPCA for barely any real coverage. I have a 500$ deductible, pay extra for 400$ of wellness coverage and Rx Prescription coverage. Yet here I'm am also ditching out over 2k worth of vet bills that honestly should be covered. Why have insurance if the issues I'm having will never get covered? Waste of time, money and aggravation.

Outstanding

So very nice to make a phone call to inquire about coverage and receive friendly, accurate information about the coverage and claim process. Claim was paid and the check received seven days after surgery! I don't think it gets any better than this!

Helpful for first time pet owners!

My husband and I are first time pet owners and it was strongly recommended by our vet to get pet insurance while our dog was still young. We do not regret making that decision! This year our dog has had several issues which were covered by Embrace. Hopefully as our dog gets older he will be more careful with what he eats and where he walks, but in the event he is not, we can count on Embrace to help us out.
