Fast and easy

We originally got the insurance because Mollie was a constant sock eater and we were worried something was going to get stuck in her belly. Thankfully nothing did, but the insurance has been a huge help since she was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. I don't know what we would have done without it.

Embrace is a lifesaver!!

Embrace has been so easy to deal with. I’ve had my dog insured since he was a puppy, and it’s such a relief to not have to worry about the cost of the treatment impacting my decision. They have covered two ACL tears and many other minor things through the years. I recommend this company to everyone I know with pets.

I wish my insurance was as good as Embrace.

Embrace has covered every claim that I have submitted thus far. They have a great customer service staff, and they process claims in a very timely manner. I'm very impressed and grateful for them.

Timely processing of claims, embracers polite, caring and helpful.

I had several claims for my two dogs and as soon as Embrace received the claims I was notified. They kept me informed through the process. The Embracers I have spoken with are great— they give wonderful customer service. They have always made me feel my dogs and I were important no matter how trivial the question or concern.

So Glad I Chose Embrace!

I absolutely love Embrace! It is so easy to file claims and the Wellness plan is awesome since there isn't a set amount a certain procedure. Claims get processed in no time and I get my refund quickly with their direct deposit. The one time a mistake was made on my account, I called and it was taken care of in the same day! Very nice people manning the phones as well. Literally cant say enough good things about Embrace.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
