Great so Far

I have seen some negative reviews but I think these are from individuals that haven't read their policy thoroughly. We have 10 dogs and one cat and Embrace provides affordable insurance that meets our needs. They have paid every claim according to our policy. We have been with them one year and plan on continuing.

Simply the best!

Embrace Insurance representatives are truly professional and provide excellent customer service. They assist with any issue or question over the phone or offer support online. The rates are reasonable and claims are processed in a timely manner. Wish my insurance was this easy . Thank you Embrace

I'm so grateful for Embrace, as they have helped my dog and my family rest easy!

Originally, I had debated on taking out pet insurance, but I'm SO GLAD that I did. You just never know when something can go wrong. My pets are definitely my kids and I would do anything to help them. Embrace's pet insurance helped more than I could ever imagine. My dog isn't in pain anymore, and we didn't have to go into debt for his surgery. Every time that I called or e-mailed Embrace for help or advice, they were VERY friendly and helped me feel so much better about everything. This was definitely a GREAT decision!

Best Pet Health Insurer Ever!!!!

My 6 year old rescue Boxer, Bubba was diagnosed with 2 Mast Cell Tumors and needed surgery to remove them and have them biopsies to determine if cancer was aggressive type. I submitted the invoices for his treatment and heard right back from Embrace that they had opened a claim. In a week, I heard back from Embrace that his surgery and treatment would be covered and a few days later, I received the reimbursement. We are SO THRILLED with the fast turnaround from Embrace and also their 1st Rate Customer Service that they provided us!!!! We are Embrace policyholders for life!!!!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
