Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

After many years with Nationwide (formerly VPI) I decided to try another insurer when I rescued my next dog, and at my vet's recommendation, I explored Embrace. From the very beginning they were very clear about what they offered, had great options, and excellent communication. I found their plans easy to understand and straight forward. When I rescue another dog, I will definitely go with Embrace. Filing claims is easy and quick and I highly recommend their Wellness Plan. Customer Care is easy to communicate with and provide quick responses via phone and email. I cannot say enough about how much this matters when you have questions about claims or your coverage. Everything is easy with Embrace.

Not only has each Embrace staff member been courteous and sincere whenever I've had to reach out to one, but the company has been timely responsive. My cat developed asthma and is permanently on regulating medication. Each time I've submitted my correlating claims, within days it was reviewed, approved and I have received my coverage check.

My 3-year-old Bernese seems to have had more than her share of unexpected medical emergencies. As a puppy she ingested the seed "cobs" of mullein and had emergency GI surgery. My male dog has had some setbacks lately. An ear infection on a weekend so it had to be treated by an emergency pet hospital was quite expensive-Embrace paid their share. Then because of some strange behavior around eating, our vet ordered an abdominal ultra sound which found a testicle tumor. This was also an expensive procedure and Embrace paid their share. So what more can I say than Embrace you are the best. I am so thankful that you have also covered 3 TPLO knee surgeries. We love our two dogs and are so glad that we bought Embrace pet insurance.
