Very Happy with response time and Claim process
I've been an Embrace customer for a little more than 2 years. Unfortunately, my Dog has suffered from some illness which required hospitalization on life-long medication. He has needed some follow up hospital visits on top of his general Wellness protocol. Embrace has been very supportive and detailed in their review and claim payments. Without this policy in effect, i'm not sure that i would have been able to afford the quality care i have received so far and i fear that my little guy would not be alive today. I am grateful to the doctors and Embrace for helping me out through the process.

Very fair about reviewing and paying claims.
Embrace is one of the few plans that will let purchase insurance for a older pet. They process claims quickly and fairly. The are very courteous if you need to call.

Embrace-- great costumer service and policies
Embrace is so easy to work with. They make the process stress free. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone researching. I can't imagine not having pet insurance. It is the difference between being able to save your pet or not. Too many pet owners are faced with that decision--can they afford to save them if something tragic happens.

We would never be without our embrace pet insurance
It's such a small monthly amount of which you can set up policy features yourself each month if your budget requires that. With wellness policy that pays for itself with first routine visit everything can be done online and the money spent at the vets office is refunded into my bank account in a matter of just a few days. I have been without this insurance before I knew it's was available and had to face some tough decisions of how I was gonna come up with the money for my vet to perform much needed emergency surgery for my lab who is no longer with us. I now know what ever comes our way my babies are always able to be taken care and treated , and that peace of mind is all thanks to embrace pet insurance policy. We thank you and appreciate all that you everyone are doing and do for our four legged kids 😙😙
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
