Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We had a really hard time with our pet Maisie; she had a problem that first was identified in an xray as lymphoma. They said she would die soon. Then fine vets found it was a thymal tumor, which does not spread but had to come out. We needed first a catscan, then a through the chest operation. Through all this agony Embrace was entirely with us, never bothering us, understanding the problem and always paying services promptly. They are angels and totally on our side. We can't think of a better possible provider system. Vive Embrace and give them a hug!

All of my interactions with Embrace staff have been very positive, but the most recent incident has been exceptional. My dog Gracie has had ongoing and worsening health issues over the past 3 months and I have submitted a number of claims. The Embrace rep has been so responsive and even called me when I questioned one of those claims. They were incredibly helpful and took Gracie's history into account for the last claim I submitted. I am very grateful!

I just FINALLY got pet insurance this year for my Hannah (age 11) and Embrace was one of the few who offered Wellness to cover the ongoing costs of fleas/ticks/vaccines which I really appreciate! I also got illness and injury - in reviewing some previous medical charts for possible pre-existing conditions that would not be covered. There was some unclear and vague documentation from a previous dental exam that potentially would exempt cancer coverage. Embrace worked with me to help understand what specifically I needed to work with my Vet. I really appreciated how they worked with me, giving me specifics so to help save both my Vet and I's time to make sure in the future, should my Hannah have a need for Cancer insurance repayment, it would be there as expected. I've already recommended Embrace to all my friends and family.

Our Lab mix has been "embraced" since we brought him home almost 11 years ago. Since then he has had one leg ailment after another -- all covered by Embrace! Beyond that, the "Embracers" have taken a genuine interest in our pup so it feels like dealing with old friends when we make a claim. We couldn't be happier!

Dog got a torn ACL and had surgery. Tough because dog was only 9 # and small. Embrace covered the surgery.
