Great company and easy to deal with. I purchased insurance for peace of mind, never thinking I would need it. My puppy was bit by another dog and then ate something that caused a blockage. Knowing I had insurance made the vet trips a bit easier. Embrace was always available to answer questions. I saved my receipts until my year cycle was up and sent them in all at once. Embrace's website kept me updated on the status and once all was complete I got checks in the mail. The policy paid for itself. Thank you Embrace for giving us peace of mind. I also love that RX is covered for a nominal fee!!!

Great Piece of Mind
We have both of your pets insured through Embrace. We have had a very healthy Golden, who within the last year or so started showing her age with eye problems. Embrace has been wonderful and able to help us to keep our Golden, Coco healthy and happy. :) Claims are quick and an email is received each step of the way.

Peace of mind after scary diagnosis for our family pup!
Signing up for pet insurance was long overdue on our to do list for our family dog Teddy and I am so glad I finally enrolled. Only 3 days after the waiting period was complete, our vet found a mass on Teddy's arm during a routine check up. I was totally caught off guard and fearing the worst! Fortunately, the mass ended up being a slow growing cancer that was unlikely to spread but the treatment cost was much more expensive than I would have anticipated. We submitted all the estimates to Embrace, they rushed our pre approval process and within days we had an understanding of what was covered (most of the cost!) and what our out of pocket expense would be. Having pet insurance allowed us to make an easy decision about moving forward with treatment for Teddy. He underwent surgical removal of the mass follows by 2 chemotherapy treatments. He is doing well now and should have a normal life expectancy, meaning we get to spend another 4-6 years with our buddy. Reimbursement was quick and working with embrace was always easy! Thank you Embrace!!
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
