Peace of mind for our furry kid!

Three years ago, I lost my Collie Lilly to cancer in her spine. Within 6 months I lost my cat Felix to a brain/nerve disorder. It was both heartbreaking and expensive. I never want to worry about money versus treatment so I purchased Embrace pet insurance for Jenny the Collie. She has been healthy all her life, but just a few months ago was diagnosed with Sterile Nodular Panniculitis, a rare condition. With Embrace pet insurance, I was able to visit the University of Minnesota for expert care. Jenny is responding to medication and I am a very happy Mom!

Such peace of mind with Embrace having our backs

We have been with Embrace just under a year now and already we have seen the amazing benefits of having our 4-legged kids insured by this amazing company! Embrace has helped defray the costs of dentists, well-visits and now a soft-tissue injury that one of our cats sustained recently. Misleading quotes

To all consumers, please be sure to verify your policy prior to any surgical procedures. My dog had a tooth extracted due to an injury sustained in 2015. I was given a quote based on my pre certification carefully filled out by MD. After all the hidden fees and deductions I was responsible for, I received a reimbursement of only 40 percent of my original quote. Please do not find yourself mislead by pre certification quotes that do not justly represent the actual amount you will pay.

Quick response to claims, great communication and coverage of both my dog’s!

I have two dogs with coverage, one is a 10 year old Golden Retriever who was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Embrace handled my claim quickly and efficiently. The coverage was exactly what the policy read. I also have a new addition, a 4 month old American Eskimo. Again, Embrace has handled her wellness claims the same. I would definitely recommend Embrace to anyone! ❤️🐾🐾

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
