So easy, I thought I was missing something
My little fluff ball had a mass appear out of nowhere. I got her in to the vet and she removed the mass right away. This was the first claim outside of wellness claims I've made, so I wasn't sure if the process would be the same. Thankfully, it was. A quick call to customer service to discuss my coverage, simple paperwork, and quick turnaround time, made this unexpected and nerve wracking situation so much better.
