Quickest, most courteous claim management
My 6-year-old kitty was sick with GI problems that required some fairly expensive tests to determine the source of her illness. The bills totaled over $600, and I am so glad I had Embrace insurance to cover 80% less my deductible. Embrace has devised the most customer friendly reimbursement procedure I have ever encountered. I faxed a simple one-page form, complete with vet's notes and signature, and got an immediate reply from Embrace. In less than a week, I learned that my claim had been covered, and the refund was directly deposited to my checking account. One experience like mine pays the annual premium for this excellent pet insurance.
