Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have had a wonderful experience with my Embrace insurance coverage. I've had to make three claims since purchasing the insurance and each time they have been great with communication and timely claim coverage. Embrace insurance has been a worthwhile purchase in helping me financially care for my dogs as they get older. Their claims process has been fast, simple and dependable. Anytime I have a question of a claim being covered before I go to the vet, a customer service representative has been easy reach, no phone trees! Their wellness care program is awesome, helping to cover the cost of essential items that can become costly, especially with 2 dogs, example, frontline, heart guard, vaccinations etc. Embrace Insurance has lowered my stress level about ever needing to make health care decisions for dogs based on what is best for them, not what I can afford. Enbrace was there for me as I struggled treating Abby's renal failure and heart murmur as she slowly declined and I had to choose to stop her further decline even though she fought hard to stay with me. She lost 25% of body weight and just could not overcome enough to continue. She was a beautiful Toy Pom, normally 4 and a half pounds, red sable. She was also my medical alert service dog for the past 14 and a half years. I would recommend Embrace to any pet owner. They were there to answer any questions and help with the process.
