When Mollie's behavior went off the chart and she went from being hyperactive and depressed to attacking one of our other kids, we worried that she might have no future. Thankfully we found a vet who knows about behavior and psychological issues and was able to prescribe something for her that actually helps her. We didn't think anyone would cover what seemed to us to be rather obscure treatment and we were unsure how much of this help we could afford. Embrace to the rescue! We are so pleased with our decision to get Embrace Pet Insurance. It is easy, and we get immediate updates about processing claims and have not had any problems our claims. This has given us have peace of mind having basic care met as well as knowing that if something happens, Embrace is there.

We had just adopted Leo, a 12 year old domestic longhair (Maine Coon really). We signed up with Embrace, which was very simple. wthin a few months Leo developed a cyst, which was removed by a Vet. Embrace was very quick to get all of the necessary paperwork, and had our reimbursement to use in a reasonable amount of time.

Since December 17, 2017, the entire Embrace Staff has worked with us wholeheartedly. We had an emergency with our Newf, Winnie, on way to visit our first granddaughter in FL. During the trip there was an emergency with her. We tried everything to the extreme of blood transfusions and plasma. We lost our angel. Now in March of this year after having heart surgery due to the stress, our oldest girl, Cheers, started having issues. Cheers is up in her years but still has a lot of living to do. Embrace Claims and Management has worked to get our claims processed immediately due to huge medical invoices that ate now mounting. They have called to check on both of us and they are sincere in the words they say. I would choose no one but Embrace! Thank you for all that you have done and are continuing to do!
