Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Our regular vet recommended that we have an MRI and spinal tap done to help identify the cause of cluster seizures in our 6 year old beagle mix. I submitted the estimated costs to Embrace and had confirmation of coverage in less than 24 hours. Fantastic response turnaround - we can now move forward without any delays.

When our previous three Keesies passed from various issues, we did not have insurance and paid out of pocket for treatment. Our last (Loki - a rescue) developed pancreatic issues and the treatment cost was very high, yet she was unable to overcome the problems. When we rescued our next two (Kaiba and Kaidee) we did not hesitate to take out Embrace insurance for them. Fortunately neither has had a serious illness/injury so far - just routine wellness and occasional illness. We have been very happy with the response time and professional advice that the Embrace staff has provided. They seem to demonstrate a very caring attitude to each client which makes the anxious times we have with our family members (our pets) much easier to deal with.

I actually stumbled across Embrace about two years ago after losing a dog after investing a great deal of money in trying to save him. I swore after that experience that I wouldn't be blindsided again. And immediately got insurance for our other furry, now we have 3 and all of them are covered. I wouldn't be without insurance and Embrace is the Insurance I highly recommend to everyone I speak to they are caring and interested in helping you every time I call for help, claims are paid quickly and they communicate there needs quickly to move things along. I signed up for Embrace pet insurance for my senior dog. I have contacted the company on three different occasions and spoken with a different Embracer each time I have called. What has impressed me most is how each person I have talked to seemed to genuinely care and not just pass me off to another person. When my sweet boy had to be put to sleep last month, I was devastated. One of the Embracers, Josh, walked me through cancelling the policy and let me know that I could still submit claims once I had my mind off of the heart-ache. A week later, I received an incredibly sweet card signed by all the Embraces. It really meant a lot. I also spoke with Kimberly recently about the status of my claim related to my dog's passing, and she was extremely helpful at going the extra mile to find out where in the process the claim was. I can't thank you enough for your help and your wonderful personalities. When I am ready to get another pet, I will certainly be looking to insure them through you!
