Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have had Embrace on my Boxer "Joy" since she was 4 months old and I have never regretted it. She's had ear infection, bronchitis, dog attack. I got pet insurance because I did not want to be in the position of making the decision whether I can afford to take care of Joy's vet bill should something serious happens. Peace of mind is worth a lot. I looked at all the pet insurance companies especially the ones highly recommended and after my study I found Embrace was best all ways around especially when you include Wellness. No one pays Wellness as well as Embrace. Also the claims are processed easily and quickly and with direct deposit my claim payment is in my bank within and lot of time less than 2 weeks. I love Embrace Pet Insurance.

Our male Aussie was rushed too the emergency clinic for a splenectomy due to hemangiosarcoma cancer and is facing expensive and intensive treatment options, such as chemotherapy. Without embrace, who handles our claims fast and professionally, we would not be able to focus on the most important aspect, which is taking care of Moe and ourselves. On this emotional rollercoaster it’s nice to have embrace on our side. Thank you for that. Getting pet insurance was one of the smarter things I have done so far. To date my bills have amounted to $6,500 and embrace has kept their promise for 80% on their part after the $500 deductible! What a relief.

We have been with Embrace for almost 8 years. My Tiny Toy Poodle had a lot of health issues including detached retinas in her eyes with continued eye problems, luxated hips which resulted in a Femoral Head Ostectomy and a heart murmur which has resulted in congestive heart disease. Embrace has covered her medical expenses which has allowed her a quality life and given us years of enjoyment with her. She is our baby even at 10-1/2 years old and we love her dearly. We decided to get Embrace while our dog was healthy "just in case." It turned out at age 6 Hollywood needed multiple visits to an Opthamologist and then eye surgery. Embrace covered everything 80%. FIling claims is as easy as an attached photo in an email with an explanation, and funds are reimbursed into your bank account. Also, the customer service via phone is EXCELLENT!

I have had my beautiful Lab Max insured with Embrace for nearly 2 years. I have unfortunately had to use it several times due to cancer, and they have always been accepting and prompt with the coverage. I don't know how I would have done this without them. The customer service is excellent; friendly and very helpful. Thank you Embrace! (and yes, I have recommended them to other pet owners)
