Very efficient
There have been only a couple of times I had to submit a claim. Which is good also because my deductible was reduced.
The claims were submitted by the vet, they fill out a simple form and fax it for me. I got an email confirming it was received and then one with the explanation and amount I was getting back. It was super fast and clear, no surprises.
I've had embrace for 5 years and only had great experiences with it. The plan increases annually, but I'd say that's the norm.
