Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Generally Embrace is worthwhile; decent coverage; my claim form was noted as received then misplaced by them once; their fax # for sending claims was busy all day yesterday...I will continue using them while noting the + and - as we move along.....there are other companies out there.....

Having pet insurance has been the best decision ever. So far all of my vet well visits have been covered along with our training classes. Such a great experience with their customer service department. Everyone has been extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. It is worth the monthly payment, since I have piece of mind knowing that I am prepared financially to care for our sweet new puppy.

When Mollie's behavior went off the chart and she went from being hyperactive and depressed to attacking one of our other kids, we worried that she might have no future. Thankfully we found a vet who knows about behavior and psychological issues and was able to prescribe something for her that actually helps her. We didn't think anyone would cover what seemed to us to be rather obscure treatment and we were unsure how much of this help we could afford. Embrace to the rescue! Mollie's behavior is much improved and we hold a bit of a hope that she can some day begin to enjoy her sister's company again. Thank you Embrace!
