Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

When our Brandy developed a severe limp, Embrace covered the needed vet visits, testing and medication to find the source of the problem and treatments for healing. Along with covering her wellness visits it has been a blessing. I would greatly recommend Embrace insurance for pet owners.

I recently submitted a claim for Natasha. I was satisfied as to what was covered and what was not. They kept me informed every step of the way thru email - we received your claim; your claim is currently under review; final claim results and when the check was sent. I received my check in approximately 1 week. Overall a very painless process!!!

My Sammy has recently been diagnosed with lymphoma and is going through some very expensive chemotherapy treatments. I am very grateful that I chose a pet insurance company years ago that has always come through for us. Over the years there has been issues with Sammy and Embrace has always been there for us. My dog recently started to limp and after a visit with our vet we found out he tore his CCL and would most likely need a TPLO surgery. I was very happy to have insurance coverage for this expensive procedure ($3600) but was just so sad he had to have it done. When I called Embrace to ask if I needed a Pre-certification for surgery the lady who answered the phone could tell I was very upset. She spent the first few minutes of the phone call asking if I was ok and reassuring me. She was so sweet and made me feel so much better. Embrace paid my initial vet claim and the Surgeon consult for surgery very quickly- within 10 days I had a check. The surgeon decided to wait for surgery since his CCL was only a partial tear. So we haven't had surgery yet but if we do need to I am so happy that I have an insurance company like Embrace to help us through. I tell everyone I know about Embrace. They are fantastic and I will always cover my pets with them.
