Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have had Embrace insurance for 2 dogs for over 5 years. Notifications are sent out from the time claim is received, processed and approved. Couldn't ask for more. Having good pet insurance, takes a lot of stress of worry out of managing your pets health, especially when there is a serious health problem. Thank you.

It's been 10 years since we had pet insurance and at that time, had another carrier. Cannot believe how quickly they followed up on our first claim. Especially surprised considering our vet visit was 12/21 and our vet sent in the claim. We received an email notification regarding reimbursement 12/28. Had issues logging in to see the results since could not remember password. Agent reset by phone and answered all questions that I had. Even though we're on the west coast, their customer service hours are convenient 8:30 am to 8:00 pm EST.

I am forever grateful to the older woman that sat next to me that day at our Vet's office and said, "Oh a new puppy! You better get insurance! Puppies eat everything!!!" I remember thinking to myself what a silly notion "dog insurance" would be, and then I thought about it again. My family needs medical insurance so wouldn't it be a good idea to have it for our new puppy? Thank GOD we found Embrace! Gus is a PWD that makes fairly poor choices when left to his own devices. On top of eating things that no human would ever think about eating, he has Addison's Disease (which requires special food and a monthly shot), he's been diagnosed with skin cancer and has undergone radiation treatments to get rid of it in the short term, and he's had two surgeries to remove some of the "poor choices" he's made. Those on top of all the other shots, treatments for allergies and just being a "dog", well, I can attest that we have literally saved a college tuition because we HAD Embrace! It's because we had insurance that he is still with us today. Had we not had the insurance, we would have NEVER been able to do the treatments, shots and surgeries required to keep this silly little PWD alive and with us today. With his track record, we know that we will be back at the Vet with another issue, but at least I know that we are covered when they happen and for that we are forever grateful!

I couldn’t be happier with my coverage. I have peace of mind and the freedom of taking my babies to the vet without the fear of a bill I can’t afford.

I wish I would’ve invested in pet insurance since day 1. Have not had any problems with claims/coverage since choosing Pet Embrace.
