Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have insured 2 beagles with Embrace insurance and have never encountered any problems with submitted claims. Having this insurance gives me peace of mind that I will be able to afford treatment that is needed. I have found the process from submitting claim to payment very efficient!

Embrace is always quick to reimburse me after any veterinary visit or prescription refill. The claims are easy to submit -- via fax by vet's office or through a scanner PDF as email attachments -- and Embrace always communicates to me about the status of my claim. They even email me to check to see if my reimbursement had gone through. As much as we love our furry companion, Embrace loves them too with clear communication and fast service. Maila's most recent accident entailed an overnight stay at an emergency clinic, shots, fluids, medication, and surgery. Without Embrace, I would have had to find over $3000 to keep my baby alive. Solely from my experience from the first policy I purchased and on, I recommend Embrace to every pet owner I know (They have no referral program that I am aware of).

Embrace has been great! The claim process is so easy and turn around time for repayment is quick, they even offer direct deposit! Customer service is great, I never have any issues with my many questions being answered.

The claim process was fast and fair. My vet submitted the claim, I got an email telling me that it was under review, then an email telling me it was approved and the amount I would get. Very easy. Worth it.
