REALLY impressed with Embrace Pet Insurance
Embrace Pet Insurance is 10 stars. I'm really impressed with how easy it is to file a claim and how fast you get reimbursed. They make it sooo easy. I will continue with them for the life of my Indy who is already 14. Thank you.

Embrace is the insurance for any canine owner !!
I have 2 goldens and there seems to be problems that pop-up during the year which occur without previous notice. There's were insurance , in general, comes in to place. No one counts of these events, it just happens, and vets aren't getting cheaper, for sure. It is then that your insurance come in to play. I can't tell you about all other insurances, I did here some pretty bad stories, but I can tell you my experience with Embrace. Embrace has always come to my aid since I first got them 3 years ago. My goldens have had ear problems, eye problems, and major problems like pyrometra and embrace, once my vet has sent in the required info, has paid the claim and quite promptly at that. I can't compare with other insurances since I never had one, but with service like this, I don't intend to look for any either.

Typical insurers pretending to love pets
I have two dogs insured with Embrace - my puppy, Cooper and my older dog, Vito. Both have had claims that were denied. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is less expensive to just pay vet bills (including emergencies) than to pay for this insurance PLUS vet bills, because they don't agree to cover anything. They are a typical insurance company - deny any claims they possibly can to save a penny.

Payment of claim was prompt.
Payment was prompt and without hassle, and when I called with a question representative was very helpful.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
