Very good though I did have to chase up second payment which was for second day of same treatment. Apparently it was a mistake,
Overall very good just the one hiccup with the second day of Persephone’s treatment. Not sure why they put a hold on the payment but after two call it was resolved and payment was released and received. We were very glad we had the insurance. Now they have added at “no extra charge a 24/7 call or chat service which is a great idea.
