Couldn't ask for better support and service

I did a lot of research when looking for pet insurance and was nervous because I had experience with sick pets and not being able to get claims approved and processed in the past. I have been using Embrace for several years now and over the years my little cat has had several serious health issues, and I couldn't ask for any better service. The claims are easy to make, they are processed quickly, I always know where they are at and the payment comes very quickly. The customer service department had called me several times and I thought they were calling to sell me something but they were calling to check to make sure my experience was great. So it has been. Thank you Embrace. Having a sick pet is hard and you make the financial support end of it painless.

Simple and Easy

We have a 2 year old English Bulldog who has had a stint of issues. It is great to know we have Embrace in our corner, she is seen treated and we know it’s covered and we can not worry. The process has been simple and easy to submit claims and follow up if needed. Embrace was one of the best pet care items we purchased with our baby girl.

The customer web site portal access and claim submission process are exceptionally efficient!

The claim submission process was easy and uncomplicated. The claim review follow-up response was less than 48 hours and reimbursements were quickly made thru the mail or by direct deposit. Embrace Pet Insurance delivers the quality service they advertise!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
