Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

This claim is for a medication that was purchased outside of the vet's office(per vet's recomendation that it might be less expensive),for a fairly serious intestional/stomach issue.Once again Embrace came thru fast & as stated they would.I cannot be happier with this company.Thanks again.

My dog Torsten has had 2 torn cruciate ligaments, severe joint damage, auto immune disease, and pnumonia(sp?) twice. Embrace has paid (Immediately) for 2 separate TPLO's from surgeon specialist, 24 hr emergency visits, all vet costs, AND Amazingly! 2 separate Stem Cell Retrieval and Injections. They have paid out over $10,000 on this one dog, and gave him 4 extra years of quality life. They literally saved his life 4 separate times. These people are simply Crazy Over-the-Top in ease of claims, immediate Personal contact, follow up, and ..well everything. They cover Everything, unlike most other well-known Pet insurance companies, AND they are possibly the LEAST Expensive! I kept my pet insurance even when I could not afford my own health insurance..and it was a wise decision. I respectfully suggest that everyone recommend this company to anyone owning a Dog or Cat. Once again our claims for Teo and Tess were processed promptly, clearly explained, and checks arrived - all within about two weeks of claim. The adjuster even sorted out two for Teo - one his wellness, and the second for an ear infection discovered during the routine visit. We are very pleased with Embrace.

So Far So Good with Embrace. We were really having a hard time picking between insurance carriers and ended up just pulling the trigger - figuring if we were unhappy we would just switch. And like I said, so far so good. I was hoping to get a little more back on our mastiff's entropian eye surgery but 60% isn't bad. I'm probably most happy with their promptness and customer service.

I cannot say enough great things about embrace. They have exceeded all our expectations. There has been none ( ZERO) of the typical insurace carrier nit-picking. They give us timely updates on our claims, have issued quick reimbursements and even follow up with us making sure our puppy is feeling better. I wish I had coverage this good for myself. I highly recommend.
