Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Different dog, different unexpected chronic illness.....same wonderful service and coverage! We have been fortunate to have Embrace insure our pets' health for maybe 10 years now. I got it just as a precaution! Thank goodness I had it. Seven years ago when our Golden Retriever was diagnosed with a brain tumor after many very expensive tests. Embrace paid for 80% of a very large medical bill. After our Golden died, we received an expression of sympathy from Embrace! Who every heard of such a thing?? I was so touched. Now our English Cocker has been diagnosed with Addison's Disease which means she will be on meds and under vet care for the rest of her life. This could have posed a financial burden, but Embrace "has our back"! (We also have a cat who required significant testing several years ago and Embrace covered those bills too.) When I am paying the monthly fees I have sometimes thought, "Why am I doing this?" Then an unexpected illness or accident happens, and I am incredibly thankful for the investment.

Embrace has truly been beneficial to my dog. She has reoccurring bouts of anemia and thankfully her transfusions are covered.

Embrace has great customer service and that is why I chose them over other pet insurances 3 years ago. I checked other reviews and not just the price (although all were around the same). In the past year, I have had to rely on Embrace for one of my two dogs. Knowing he needed the treatment was stress free financially because Embrace was there and I could focus on getting my pup, Jackson, healthy. Making claims online has been so easy and they are quick to review and respond to the claims. Embrace has been just what I wanted pet insurance to be when I decided to get it years ago. The wellness program is awesome. Since it is covered 100% you are essentially just spreading out the expense of yearly shots and preventative medicine over 12 months. A great pet insurance!

My dogs have had Pet Insurance with 4 difference companies. Embrace had been my favorite Pet Insurance Company. They review claims with a couple week, direct deposit reimbursement. There have been few surprises. It is expensive Insurance, but I have been glad to have it.

We continue to be 100% pleased with and impressed by Embrace - they are quick to respond to and process claims and we have never had an issue go unresolved. The policy is everything it is promised to be including giving peace of mind. We high recommend Embrace to all of our friends and to anyone interested in securing great coverage for their pets!
