Consistently impressed by service

I have been consistently impressed with Embrace. Every single phone call I have made has been productive. They always patiently explain to me the status of my claims, and they have helped me resolve issues with claims a few times. I am also impressed by the reliability of the payment system. Once I met my deductible, they began sending checks at 80% for all covered services. It is a relief to know that I chose a good plan, and it has been well worth the very modest amount of my monthly payments.

I could not afford it without Embrace

I was devastated when my dog Payton had a seizure and was diagnosed with epilepsy. Thanks to my coverage with Embrace I can afford his medications and doctor visits. The insurance is worth every dollar, and I highly recommend it to all pet parents. Thank you Embrace!

Very helpful, I receive my reimbursement right away, and they do what they advertise! Great service! I have really enjoyed this insurance. They do what they say they will do without any complications! They cover all my wellness needs and all of my sick visits! I have a golden who ate everything in sight and needed surgery, there were never any questions or complications with reimbursements!

You Never Know!

I thought I would never need pet insurance as my dog was very healthy! But this winter I found myself needing to put in many claims. My dog has had problems with recovery and in spite of wonderful care from his vet I needed to have many visits. Thanks so much for the pleasant people at Embrace Insurance who helped me with the process I am so glad I have them! Pre-existing conditions are an unfortunate reality with pet insurance but knowing that and shopping around I am very glad I choose Embrace!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
