GREAT job correcting claims
Filed 2 Wellness Claims for my fur babies. Due partially to the way my vet's invoices print both dogs visits on same invoice, the claims were mixed up between the two and not all of the Wellness Claims were being paid. Peter in Customer Service was incredibly professional and quickly understood my issue. He moved it forward with corrections and I've already received notification of EOB changes. Outstanding! Thank you!
