Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have been a believer in pet insurance for years, and work with as a volunteer with a rescue organization for boxers. I was sad to hear of my own boxer Lucy's diagnosis, but with my comprehensive accident-illness policy, Lucy was able to get the treatment needed, in a timely fashion, with the best vets available. She is currently doing well. As I tell prospective owners, you never know when your pet will be injured or ill, and you WILL want to do everything in your power, and having a good policy is peace of mind.

My doggie is almost 13 years. Embrace has been our insurance for 4+ years. Embrace Pet Insurance always on task, very good customer service and further more the turn around claims is very fast.

We bought Embrace Pet Insurance when our Morkie was about five years old. (I offer support to people facing end-of-life choices with their animal companions, so I've seen first hand how difficult endings can be, and without medical coverage it gets even harder.) After her cancer diagnosis this past summer, feeling there was still a lot of life left in her, we decided to pursue treatment, an expensive and long process: Embrace made this choice possible. She's doing great, the cancer being caught early and treated thoroughly. We couldn't be more grateful we invested in this insurance!

We carry accident/illness insurance for our fur baby, Cocoa. She had to have surgery for a ruptured disk in her neck. Of course, the surgery was quite expensive, and I have admit I was skeptical as to what they would actually pay, but that was for not! Our deductible was even reduced. Needless to say, I was so impressed with the ease of filing the claim, and how quickly it was processed and reimbursement sent. They kept me informed, via, email,thru the entire process, as well as posting on the portal. Customer service was great too. They quickly responded to emails I'd sent. I would highly recommend Embrace to anyone looking for pet insurance.

I have been a policyholder for my two dogs since 2010. I have been very happy with my entire service experience with Embrace. They have the most comprehensive coverage without the high dollar premiums that others charge for less coverage.
