Great coverage and very responsive service

Embrace has been a great choice for our 3-year old pit mix. We enrolled last year upon relocating to NJ. All we needed to do was provide past medical records for full coverage. We were able to get a waiver for what was flagged as a pre-existing condition, after getting a note from our previous vet to explain that the prescription provided was only a precaution for any anxiety our dog might experience during the long flight from San Francisco to New Jersey. The claims process so far has been very easy, I can email copies of vet bills and get immediate confirmation that the claim has been received. Reimbursement has also been provided in a timely manner after meeting our deductible. I would definitely recommend Embrace to other pet owners.

As a new pet owner, I couldn't have asked for better service!

I couldn't have asked for a better team. Not having had a dog for a very long time and never experienced pet insurance, the team at embrace has been very patient and helpful with everything. I could have asked for a better team.

Fabulous experience every time I have to deal with Embrace

Having to put claims in is an unfortunate thing but dealing with the crew at Enbrace is always a pleasure. There are never any issues and claims are paid in a timely matter. I always reccommend Embrace when ever I am asked about pet insurance. Thank You

Very happy with the coverage

I have been very pleased with the coverage provided by Embrace. My doodle has gotten himself into several situations where medical choices were made so much easier knowing I had excellent coverage to help alleviate the financial burden of getting him the care he needed. I would absolutely recommend Embrace as it has been a life saver for me and my pup many times over!

Hands Down the Best Dog Insurance Company

I have been with Embrace for over 9 years and they NEVER disappoint. My 4yr old deaf boxer suffered a FCE in February and has required multiple procedures well over $2,000.. Acupuncture/electrotherapy is must to really help recover from this. Not only do they cover the acupuncture, water therapy but covered a Assisi Loop which I have to use 3 x daily for extra electrotherapy. I am beyond please with the company and continue to get calls from friends asking who I use. I have had at least two people sign up and will continue to "preach" about this company. Thank You Embrace for always making times like this extra easy!!!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
