Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Knowing her potential for acrobatics and high activity level, our Aussie pup Ripley has been Embraced since the day she came home with us three years, at 8 weeks old. I never expected her major claim would be for a dental injury. Playing with her brother, she had a hold of his collar and caught her molar on the metal D-ring, breaking it all the way to the root line. Embrace covered the initial consult with the local vet as well as the oral surgery with a board-certified veterinary dental specialist. Being able to get her the best care and knowing Embrace would cover the surgery provided tremendous peace of mind. I was impressed with Embrace's prompt and helpful customer service as well as their payment of all covered expenses exactly as outlined in my coverage documents. There were no surprises. I received my reimbursement much faster than expected. I cannot recommend Embrace highly enough and both my Aussies will be Embraced for life!

Once again, Embrace has made me so grateful I have them in my corner. Whenever I get a huge vet bill, which thankfully isn’t often, I always breath easy knowing that I’ll get a reimbursement from my pet insurance. Not only that, but they always address my pet by name and give well wishes to my pet. It’s just a nice touch. Our dog was diagnosed with a choroid plexus tumor between his brain stem and his cerebellum. As surgery was extremely risky, we opted for stereotactic radiation therapy for our boy. So far his claims have been over $11,000 and with the follow-up MRI n a few months, we will probably come close to maxing out our $15,000 claim limit for this year. Because there is no lifetime maximum, if he needs more treatment in the future, we can get it for him. I can't say enough good things about how Embrace has treated us. As soon as they have received a claim, they have reviewed it and issued a refund by direct deposit within just a few days. We have not even had to carry over a credit card balance for this while waiting for a refund! Every dog I own from now on will be covered by Embrace, and I hope to God we won't ever need to use it again!
