Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace is fantastic--incredible--compassionate and quick. When I purchased pet insurance for my two Labradors with Embrace five years, I had no idea that they would quite literally save my dog's life. Two years ago, while on my honeymoon, Shakespeare, my yellow labrador was diagnosed with high-grade aggressive lymphoma. He was given only weeks to live if we did nothing. If we did the recommended chemo protocol he had a 90% chance of fighting it. They said it would give him another quality 1-2 years of life. Embrace was fantastic. compassionate and quick to refund all claims with a direct deposit within 7-10 days of each treatment. They saved his life. We could not have done it without Embrace. Here we are, fighting the lymphoma with him again two years later--and once again they are incredible, compassionate on the phone, truly care, and the process of an otherwise emotionally heartbreaking experience is made that much easier. They have been so helpful once again and are quite literally helping us to save Shakespeare's life and quality of living. I cannot say enough positives about our experience with Embrace, so grateful we have them!

I knew when i adopted a senior rescue dog that I should probably get insurance.. a friend raved about Embrace and her experience when her beloved cat got cancer. She was able to afford prolonged treatment that most likely wouldn't have been possible without the support of Embrace. I have had Embrace for almost 4 years and have had a few sudden illnesses that we sailed thru with much less stress because of Embrace. It's easy to submit a claim and they reimburse super fast. I am completely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Our Collie Jenny, was diagnosed with a rare skin condition called Sterile Nodular Panniculitis. We were able to afford the recommended medicine thanks to Embrace Pet insurance versus a much harsher, cheaper alternative the ultimately would have affected her kidneys. I was so happy with Embrace that I took out a policy on our new Puppy, Maggie. It is important that you understand pre existing conditions. If you have any questions they are more than happy to help. I really feel Embrace feels passionate about our furry babies!

Since I've been with Embrace for approximately 2 years, there have been a number of illness/accident claims given to them concerning my Boxer. Though he's the best companion I've had, he has had his share of "problems". When the Vet's office submits a claim to Embrace, within a day I get email notification they received it and they are working on it! within a week or ten days I'm getting notification my reimbursement check is on the way... I've never had an issue of claim denial or questions on a procedure when it came to "fixing" my boy! This is the first time I invested in Pet Insurance and I'm so glad I chose Embrace!
