This is truly a “no hassle” company!

The best insurance company I have ever dealt with, both pet and human! My Maizee was in the emergency room for 3 days, gravely I’ll and subsequent death due to autoimmune disorder. The claims were paid within a week with no questions asked. All The personnel in the company sent condolences and sympathy upon her death! They truly are a company that cares about their clients and patients and help to make a sad and difficult time more bearable. Thank you, Embrace!

Peace of Mind

My best pal, Laddie, suddenly became gravely ill with a ruptured splenic mass. In the hour or two when we had to evaluate how to proceed, knowing that we had Embrace insurance to help with the costs made our decisions to proceed with a splenectomy much easier. In the end, the mass was benign! My dog is happy and healthy again. The surgery was worth it and Embrace made the costs much more manageable. They processed my claims before my dog had the stitches removed. Amazing company!!

Reasonable cost, decent coverage, courteous prompt service

Being in healthcare, I know it is not easy to operate an insurance properly and be financially sound. These guys seem to provide as good a coverage as it gets for the money and the do it well. Good attention to detail.

Great Experience

We unexpectedly had to make a claim six weeks into dog ownership (and three weeks after the end of our waiting period!). The claim process was much easier than I expected - the vet submitted the paperwork and I got my check yesterday. No questions, no fights. Thank you!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
