Multiple pets = embrace pet insurance

After a very high hospital bill for my pug I decided to look into pet insurance. I have to say I highly recommend Embrace. Friendly and helpful agents on the phone . Fast response to claims and multiple options to choose from.

Thankful!

I purchased insurance on my 4 Great Danes hoping that I would never need to use it until my puppy needed shoulder surgery at only 9 months old. I really wasn't paying attention to the cost of the procedure, I just wanted the doctor to fix him and I'd deal with how to pay for it later. I'm thankful that I have Embrace, their turnaround time from the receipt of the claim to the release of a payment has been excellent and they have helped take the weight of the financial burden off of our shoulders.

Excellent coverage

Embrace never disappoints. They have been supportive and always go out of their way with excellent customer service. The coverage is very thorough, and we have been through a lot with our rescue!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
