Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Luckily our kitty did not have to have surgery due to hairballs he could not pass but he did have to be hospitalized and undergo a barium series and enemas. The money adds up fast. What was nice was knowing that I was able to put my focus on getting him the best care and I didn't have to worry about the bill like I had in the past. My finances are still recovering from another kitty I had that passed with cancer. Much of the time I worried about being able to pay off the credit card bills as well as about her health. This made me realize how important it was to get insurance for my pets. We are so glad to have invested the money because I felt like whatever happened, I would be able to offer my guy the best care!

Embrace was so helpful in paying my vet bills and within two or three days after submitting the information. I definitely recommend them

We have had Embrace pet insurance since our dog was 1 year old(she is now 6). Every claim has been handled quickly and we have been reimbursed in a timely fashion. Our dog has had ACL surgery, skin issues, digestive problems, and allergies. I never had to worry about the expense of treating her. For us, Embrace insurance has been well worth it.

Our beloved Simba developed a blocked ureter and was hospitalized while we were in another state for my Mom's funeral. He was hospitalized there two nights and we had to bring him right off the plane to the hospital at home for another night. Thank God he recovered completely (and Thank God his own vet gave him a 14-day injection of the antibiotic after my husband and I spent three days going thru motions that would have been more appropriate for an episode of I Love Lucy...but never got one pill down him. Because of the timing of Mom's funeral shortly followed by holidays and then some serious medical issues for one of us humans I was VERY slow in getting the claim filed. And the claim was more complicated because of him having three different providers. But an angel at Embrace walked me thru everything -- and even followed up with a phone call the following Monday to make sure all was well. EVERYONE I spoke with was so kind and so helpful. Once filed our claim was paid within a week or so after processing and the processing took only 2-3 days. I was VERY impressed and very pleased.
