We have been able to count on Embrace to help alleviate the high cost of veterinary care for our "furry problem child," our Golden Retriever, Levi. Embrace was there when, at four months, he ate my son's very large sock and needed emergency surgery. Little did we know that was only the beginning! Embrace has been there for us through poisonous snake bites, several life-threatening events, including toxicicity from an unknown substance, as well as more surgeries and other emergencies.. Through it all, Embrace was quick to settle the claims so we could financially recover more quickly from Levi's many emergencies. The woman who took my call was great. She started and finished the process. She had answers to all of my questions, and more importantly was able to explain things in a way that actually made sense to me. I'm sorry I don't remember her name, because she really sold me my insurance. They have every option you could possibly want for your pet, and I really think the prices are very reasonable.
