Great Pet Insurance

Our puppy 7 months old. Vet clinic recommended Embrace. Loved the choices for coverage and the claims are soooo easy to file. Reimbursement check arrives promptly. Great pet insurance.

Pays what they promise -- and that's saying a lot

Embrace is not my first experience with dog insurance, but it's the best, I purchased a high deductible plan, figuring that I'd save for ordinary expenses and they might cover the extraordinary. I did this with some skepticism, because with my prior insurer it was pretty much a battle every time. My dog broke a big tooth, requiring a root canal to prevent infection, and I filed a claim. Not only did Embrace pay what they promised, they did so without hassle, argument, and in an efficient and easy process. Moreover since this put us over the high deductible they paid the other qualified claims in this coverage year without complaint or evasion. I don't generally write reviews. However in exploring the other reviews, I see that this hasn't been everyone's experience. I can't speak for others, but in this case Embrace has completely lived up to their agreement, and I appreciate it very much.

Great customer service

I called in twice to review coverage and add wellness coverage. Both representatives were extremely helpful and made sure I understood everything. I was then having an issue uploading a claim. I emailed and Jason immediately resolved the matter. I feel my puppy and I are well informed and covered.

Embrace is everything it says it is, a big Thank You from Jet!!

I am so glad that I made the decision to insure my buddy Jet. It was difficult to choose between who to insure with because you don't know about the financial support until you really need it. My buddy has developed issues that have been running the medical expenses through the roof. Trying to make logical decisions that are in the best interest of my best friends quality of life and what can be financially afforded is a tough thing to do but I just put my faith in Embrace and hoped they would come through as advertised. The answer is YES they have, without question. They worked with my vet to get the necessary documentation and stood behind their promises so now I feel confident that Jet will get the quality and necessary care to enhance the quality of life he has left. Thank you Enhance!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
