Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace has been the bomb for me, I would not of been able to financially take care of some emergencies my pets have had. I can manage the monthly premium. They have been absolutely the best for me. I have been doing business with them for 3 years, 3 different pets and they all have had claims. I urge everyone if you are going to have a pet get the Insurance for them. They need it just like we do!

I bought Embrace after I had an uninsured dog need thousands of dollars of vet care. I especially like the medical savings plan. I use it for dental cleanings, annual exams and shots, heartworm and flea/tick meds, and nail trims. Where else can you get more than you pay for?

Very good company to work with. They were prompt in replying back to my emails and easy to understand explanation of benefits. Like the personal touch of when my dog passed away in regards to personalized condolence card. Also a real benefit when my dog was here the wellness award offered that is separate from the basic policy. No other pet insurance company I believe offers that. A couple of annoyance though, they are a little too strict with the pre-existing condition clause of the policy, especially in regards to basing your pets cause of death to some other condition or accident that happened previously. In which there was no correlation between the two or multiple events. Also if you happen to change your primary pet's veterinarian to another veterinarian and you have a claim with your new vet.. It was kind of difficult to correlate the two vets information to prove any new procedure, illness, or, accident was not related.

Over the years, we have had pet insurance with several carriers. Embrace is the easiest to deal with. People answer the phone and claims are processed quickly. The premiums and coverage are set to my specifications and needs. I enthusiastically recommend Embrace.

Shortly after adopting my puppy, she was diagnosed with a birth defect called PRAA which required a very expensive surgery to remove a heart valve from her esophagus. Thanks to Embrace my puppy is alive and healthy. I would not have been able to afford her life saving surgery without them. Thank you Embrace from Libby and I
