Excellent Customer Service
I was very impressed with the customer service. I procrastinated buying pet insurance, and I am so glad I did. About two months after I purchased insurance, my dog bloated and had an emergency GDV and then had complications after surgery which put him in the hospital for two days over Easter weekend. Embrace processed our claims very quickly. I did have one of his claims get denied that shouldn't have been. I called and explained the claim, and they opened the claim back up and fixed it right away. I would definitely recommend this insurance company to any pet owners.
