Speedy claims turn around!

I have had claims turned in from my vets office, specialty vet, and an ER visit. Embrace kept me posted as to the status of each claim via email. All were handled within a week of each visit and payment into my checking the next business day. Wow! Thank you!!

Embrace makes it easy

This is the second claim I have made to Embrace. Walter needed a TPLO in 2015 and again on the other leg this month. Embrace makes the claim process so easy during a stressful time. I recommend Embrace to all of my friends and co-workers. Embrace has made Walter's life better!!!

Always TOTALLY satisfied!

I have 3 large dogs. One has had a ton of medical issues, and Im always at such peace knowing I wont go broke, because Embrace is covering 80% of the issues. But 2 weeks ago my 8 yr old girl had an emergent anaphylaxic reaction that was an incredible emergency. It took them over 2 hours to stabilize her & we were VERY close to losing her. At NO point did i ever have to even consider even asking the cost to continue life saving measures ... because I knew that I had pet insurance. I think people are CRAZY not to have insurance. Embrace has given me huge peace of mind. And my girl is healthy & back to normal! THANK YOU!

Satisfied with Claims approval so far...

Adopted my puppy last February at just under a year old as a rescue from the Texas hurricane last summer. Heartworm testing was negative when I got her, but turned positive soon afterwards in spite of HeartGuard. The vet thought she could have been infected in Texas but with a longer than usual time for antigen positivity to develop. Anyway, the treatment takes months and isn't cheap so I was happy that the portions of my vet bills treating this disease are being applied to my deductible. It took a little time as the vet didn't write Heartworm Disease on the claims form but everything turned out OK in the end and the Embrace staff were very kind and helpful.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
