Easy to work with

I had a couple claims with Embrace for my dog, Shadow. They were prompt, courteous and very easy to deal with... When the time came that I no longer needed the insurance due to my girl's passing, they were so kind I was deeply touched. You can tell they really do care about your pet. They really get it how you feel and as a business, it was pretty much no fuss, straightforward fill out the claim, send the receipt and that's it. It was never, ever difficult. And mostly, I found their kindness at the end the best.

No hassle claims

We have heard some horror stories about claims not being covered by other Pet Insurance companies. Our claims (for a very serious accident that our 7 month old puppy was involved in) were process quickly and accurately. We even received our claims before our credit card bill was due. It was a blessing. We have nothing but the highest regards for Embrace and we have recommended Embrace to several friends. You never know when something unforeseen can happen to your pet. The piece of mind knowing that you can treat with hesitation is a blessing.

Embrace is the best company for our dog.

Our dog is a rescue so we insured her as soon as we got her. Being an older dog with a history of seizures, even though her seizures would never be covered, we could never be sure what other problems she might have or develop. Develop them she has. It is due to the financial support of Embrace that we have been working through all her other problems. We couldn’t afford to keep her going without their assistance.

Total Life-Saver! Literally.

Embrace has been an amazing company to work with. The customer service has always been truly wonderful, and I am always amazed with how quickly I am connected to an actual person, who promptly and cheerfully answers any and all questions. When my little Yorkie was suffering from chronic pancreatitis last year, I was terrified I was going to lose her. Thanks to Embrace, I didn’t have to think twice about getting her the best care I possibly could. They covered all of my claims, no questions asked, and I am so grateful that they were there for us when we needed them. Thank you Embrace!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
