Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I have both my Airedale Terriers insured through Embrace. The care and concern that the staff takes is outstanding. I feel like I have a personal relationship with them. They take all the time needed to answer any question if you call. They realize how important your special pet is to your life.

They inform me when they get the claim and usually process it within 2 weeks. I have never had any problems with any claims I have submitted and because my dog has allergies I submit several each year.

I've used Embrace Pet Insurance for five years now and have been overwhelmed by the ease and efficiency of their services.

I had a claim for an ACL repair on my young lab male. I ran into an issue with the Claims reviewer wanting "hand written" notes from my vet. My vet sent the file notes 4x and finally I took the printouts of exam notes from my vet's electronic recordkeeping system, circled the exam dates and notes, and resent them. Embrace finally processed my claim. My March claim was paid in May.

I have had my dog covered through Embrace since I first brought him home as a puppy almost 8 years ago. He has had many issues throughout his life with gastrointestinal upset, skin allergies, and most recently, seizures. I had to bring him to an ER recently as he was having cluster seizures. For anyone who has experienced watching this happen to your dog, you know it's beyond horrible. Having Embrace gave me such peace of mind, as he needed many different procedures for his care. I can't say enough about this company. I literally tell everyone i know that has a pet about Embrace. They are kind, genuine, and they make the whole process so easy. My sweet golden, Finnegan, has gotten the best care and I appreciate everything that Embrace has done for him. Your company is a treasure!
