Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace is the best! Very understanding and everyone I speak to explains everything very thoroughly, never a problem. Pays claims promptly!! Very important. Keep up the good work you guys and girls!!

They will do anything not to pay a claim. I took the insurance for emergency services, then, when my dog had an emergency, due to a hurt let - they would not cover the exam at the emergency vet. My dog was healthy and had no prior orthopedic claims, but because it was TWO DAYS from the end of the orthopedic wait period, the insurance would not cover the claim. And now, the injury is labeled as a pre-existing condition and no additional treatment (needed xrays, etc...) will not be covered. Completely unfair, as they will check the 6 month records before covering any orthopedic claims anyway. And, how was I to know it would be labeled as orthopedic coverage - as it was an emergency and I didn't know what was wrong.

the embrace team sent us a sympathy card for the loss of our fur baby who is deeply missed, and we greatly appreciated their thoughtfulness!! Many thanks to Kiownne, as she was very helpful with submitting an appeal in a timely manner. Embrace is a very fair pet insurance company that expects honesty and integrity from its patrons, and they will reciprocate.

Our cat had an unexpected illness that required emergency overnight care. Embrace gave us the peace of mind to know we could afford treatment. Our kitty is doing much better and our claim has been processed as expected. We had to make one additional call to Embrace after submitting our claim to iron out an issue, but the folks on the phone were responsive and corrected the error quickly.

Embrace was amazing throughout a very scarey experience with my black lab mix when the vet found a mass and indicated surgery was needed to remove. All claims were covered timely and customer service was very helpful as I prepared for the surgery and all the claims tied to this incident. Thank You Embrace!
