Fantastic Insurance
My poor little girl Nike had a CCL tear and required a TPLO surgery. All costs to date including the surgery has been approved paying 80% of all my expenses. To date, our reimbursements has totaled $5700 and I can't say enough good things about Embrace. I have had them for 7 1/2 years with my first dog and always had positive, professional and hassle free experiences when filing a claim. I am so grateful to have Embrace during this stressful time. It made all the difference not having to worry about the costs. We had no restrictions on choice of Vet, and I feel we had the best possible care with the best surgeon at a top notch facility! Thank you Embrace.!!!!

Great , great insurance
A true life saver. Coverage is great, policies are easy to understand . Never had a surprise with the claims. Easy to submit the claims, very short processing time and payment. Their customer services is very helpful and super nice.
Having 2 kitties dealing with serious illnesses having Embrace saved their lives. It gave me the access to the best medical treatments available
I would highly recommend it to any pet parent. Enroll them at the very young age.It will pay off down the road.

Outstanding customer service and exceptional care
I signed up for Embrace for my puppy and my one-year-old cat two months ago, like any person not expecting anything to happen but wanting to be prepared. Then one night I found my cat limping with a broken leg and from there I had three days of vet appointments, ER visits, and finally a $4,000 surgery to amputate his leg. I had to max my credit card and use all of my savings to front the total $5,000 in medical care he required, and I didn't hesitate for a moment because I knew that Embrace would take care of us. As this was my first claim with Embrace, I called their customer service numerous times with questions, both complex and simple, and each time I was treated with the utmost care and kindness, not to mention empathy towards my cat. The vet office sent in my claim and two days later I received an email that the medical costs were covered and a reimbursement check was on it's way. Embrace takes making difficult decisions based on cost out of the equation, and lets you focus on what is best for you and your pet. No one should ever have to make the choice of potentially putting down their beloved pet because of financial reasons, and with Embrace I will never have to. I can honestly say that getting Embrace pet insurance was the best decision I could have made for my little family.

Immediate handling of wellness claim
Embrace is everything we need in pet insurance. This wellness claim was for meds but
whenever we have a claim of any kind or a question the response by Embrace is
immediate. The staff is also super helpful.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
