Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We have submitted several claims, often for major procedures, and Embrace has always responded quickly and fairly. The claim process is also very straightforward and can be handled online.

My brand new puppy was completely healthy at his first checkup, and thrived wonderfully for 3 weeks after that initial health exam. Then he seemed to have a cough/ phlegm issue. We took him to the vet immediately. He had x-rays and was diagnosed with early stages pneumonia or bronchitis. I started him on the medication the vet gave me that afternoon, and by 10 pm that night I had to bring him to the emergency room because he could not breathe correctly. He spent the next 6 days in the ICU and kept getting worse despite IV meds, fluids etc. Finally he had to be euthanized. It was heartbreaking for my family and it would have been made even worse if we had to fight with insurance to get the large payment to the vet reimbursed. But it took about three weeks to get the check, and I was so glad we had chosen Embrace for Clyde's health insurance.

I've only been with Embrace for a short time, but they have been wonderful. Customer service is very friendly, cheerful to speak with, and helpful. The claims process is a piece of a cake and gets done quickly! I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance to any pet owner!

After our puppy’s first vet appointment, the vet advised us to get pet insurance. There were so many. But we decided on going with Embrace Pet Insurance. I added the Wellness Rewards to my dog’s coverage. When we went to have her spayed, I contacted Embrace to see if the spay operation would be partially cover the operation. They contacted me and stated it would be, up to $250.00. I submitted the claim and they sent me a check for $250.00. The process was very easy. No hassles, no excuses. We’re happy to be with Embrace Pet Insurance.

I ve had Embrace for my kitties for over 7 years now. We dealt with very serious illnesses ( cancer, kidney failure ) and having Embrace was a life saver. Literally. We couldnt have done it without them. I am very happy with the coverage, the policies are clear and easy to understand. Claim submission process it s easy and reimbursement very quick.
