Improve claim form so it can be prepared on line and you have a purrfect company!
I was initially unhappy with the claim process as the claim form was not electronic and must be printed filled out then brought to the vet for their input. I feel such a wonderful company should have, by now, had their IT folks made it possible for all correspondence to be made electronically. I also then zeroed in on my vet instead.
Your rep talked me out of cancelling our policy and explained why I should stay insured with Embrace.
So… after speaking with our vet and your representative I decided I was a bit hasty and had allowed my cats to interfere with the insurance process.
I had to remind them that their job was to just play with their toys, sit on my lap, purr and look pretty!
It seems Other Other Pussums was behind the whole thing and was very aggravated because the vet had put her on a strict diet, and she’s been mad at everyone since.
