No surprises
Prior to Embrace I was with a different pet insurance company. I'm a good reader, but it seems not good enough. Virtually every claim was paid at a rate lower than I understood it would be based on what I read in the policy. I'd call, they'd explain, I'd say "that's what that means?...you're kidding?" No, they weren't. So I must have called into the Embrace Customer Service at least a half dozen times asking questions before switching companies. Well, now I am in the middle of a medical problem with my sweet labradoodle Faith - and Embrace is paying exactly as I read in my policy. Thank God.
