Embrace Pet Insurance is great. We are quite pleased so far after being a client for over a year. Some things could run smoother however, such as claim forms being more detailed, and claim processing time being less. Should have claim forms for accidents, and a separate one for illness. The Wellness Policy is fantastic. It takes care of my pet grooming and medications. THANK YOU EMBRACE PET INSURANCE.

My cat Bella required an Ultrasound under sedation and a biopsy also under sedation as well as x-rays and bloodwork. All this was covered under the policy and deposited in my bank account very quickly. Very good customer service. The policy saved me several thousand dollars in medical fees. I was very impressed.

My 3 year old GSD decided to swallow a pretty large piece of a Kong plastic toy. He became very ill and needed emergency surgery. We knew that this was going to be very expensive. He stayed at the hospital for 2 nights. The claim was submitted when he got home later that night. The next morning the Embrace representative emailed me that the claim was processed and approved and the funds would be in my account in 2 business days. We could not believe how quickly and efficiently the claim was processed! We highly recommend this company and cannot say Thank you enough for taking the worry out of this very stressful situation.

The process of making a claim is fast and easy with the new program. All I have to do is input my invoice and the diagnosis my babes vet gave me and done. I wait for a response and then receive a reimbursement within a couple of weeks, one less worry! If something goes wrong I give a call and all representatives have been nice and informative. I am very grateful for choosing embrace!

I have just started using this pet insurance - or any pet insurance - but for the most part I have found their claims process to be reasonable and as expected. They do take into account pre-existing conditions in a logical manner and they do give credit where credit is due. I had a lot of appointments for my pet already and I used up the deductible, in which case they did quickly send me a check for the amount over my deductible. They were a bit slow at times, due to COVID delays, but otherwise receptive, professional, and friendly - and like I said, the check came in the mail quickly.
