My dog just had Surgery to repair a torn CCL and the process of getting my claim preapproved and then reimbursed was seamless. I am very pleased with my experience with embrace and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Easy to work with, worth every penny.
I've had a policy on my Great Pyrenees since I got her at 7 weeks old. The cost is reasonable and the Healthy Pet Deductible credit helps make the monthly cost stay reasonable as she gets older. I also have a wellness plan on her, which covers her yearly vet visit and has enough left over to cover some of her flea & heartworm preventative. Submitting a claim and getting reimbursed is easy with the electronic submission and direct deposit options. I will use Embrace in the future for my pet insurance needs.

Completely Satisfied
I find Embrace Pet Insurance to be very thorough and timely in their manner of reviewing claims.
The Insurance Policy which I have fits my pet's needs and I find it to be very fair and affordable.

They have paid everything I've submitted in the past 3 years
They have paid everything I've submitted so far including rehab, platelet rich plasma injections, acupuncture and such. If they paid for maintenance/preventative chiropractic and/or acupuncture care they'd get 5 stars.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
