Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I 'd thought that shopping for health insurance for the dogs was the most "Yuppie" thing I'd ever done, but over the past six years it's turned out to be well worth it. As vet bills climbed (and our vets have rightly earned it!), we needed to insure our pets. Embrace had reasonable rates and a great word-of-mouth reputation from my friends in the Boykin world, and I was impressed by their bright, well-trained employees. Sold! Over the years, Embrace has deservedly grown, but they've maintained their stellar customer service. We seldom speak to our initial agent, Deidre, now, but all who answer the phone are kind, caring, and efficient. And though the payout time has gotten a wee bit longer over the years, the "embracers" at the other end of the phone have guided us through the claims process so that we've never had a claim questioned or denied. During this final struggle to save our girl's life, they've helped simplify the claims, and have been paying them out quickly. And everyone we speak to is so empathetic, we truly feel we've been "Embraced.." We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Thanks embrace. Customer service is excellent. People are caring, friendly and understanding. Most of all embrace policy is wonderful. It’s so easy to get money from embrace. Just fill the forms no question asked and in less than 10days a check is waiting in the mailbox. Thanks 😊

Claims easy to file customer service is a good always helpful. Makes it easier to treat rather than euthanize due to situations

I called today to change some billing info & the person I dealt with was so courteous & kind. She took her time & I was finished in no time at all. But, that seems to be the way all the time, even when you inquire about a claim or just have questions. Embrace’s service is great as far as I’m concerned. It is fast & efficient. I have never had a problem & the coverage of the insurance has been adequate for both of our dogs, both under 5 yrs old. I would highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.
