As I mentioned, Embrace does respond and provide lengthy explanations on their coverages and policies. I had to appeal and ruling and was offered the opportunity to provide documentation in support. The interchanges were professional and complete. I have not been afforded all overages I sought but understand, once explained referring the policy, the whys (and why nots). It is an insurance company but seems to handle customer service better than others in this market.
I also had a reimbursement request. - of a technical nature (I have two policies with them). After some discussion they came to a solution that is mutually beneficial. This is they way business should work. Find win/wins and implement them.
