Such an easy claim process. Very quick and thorough. They did most of the work. All I had to do was upload my receipts! Definitely appreciate the low hassle with working with this company.

The claim was super easy and had no issues.

I’ve had Embrace for I think a year, maybe two. Anyway, I realize their rates may seem kind of high, but you have to look at what they cover and really compare that to other companies. I did that, and there was no comparison. Along with the Wellness coverage Embrace offers for only $20 a month, you’re looking at complete coverage for your beloved pet. My dog had a tumor on his eye, and he had it removed. While they did that they cleaned his teeth. It cost me $650 but I received $510 back from Embrace. That included the remainder of my deductible, which has varying amounts upon sign up. I submitted my claim the day of my dog’s surgery once I got my statement from the Vet, and I received my direct deposit from Embrace four days later. I’m strongly encouraging you to sign up for Embrace Pet Insurance so you will have multiple comprehensive coverage options and several deductible options. You won’t be sorry!

Excellent customer service!

This was the first time we have had to use our Embrace Pet insurance. Boy were we glad we had it. Having to take our little Bichon to the pet emergence room at 2:30 in the morning is scary enough. Then when they explained the charges it could have been even more traumatizing. Luckily I could say "that's ok; we have pet health insurance". Turns out filing the claim was very easy and we got an email right back that they had received it. The check was in my hand within 2 weeks! So glad dealing with Embrace is totally uncomplicated!
