Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

We have 2 pugs, Fred is 13 and Maddie is a rescue, probably 8. We previously had insurance with a competitive insurer, it starts with an N.........e. They changed a condition of Fred’s to pre-existing on an annual renewal and told us no one else would insure our pets due to their age. I did a lot of research on all the pet insurers. We went with Embrace. It was within the 1st 2 months we had to rush Maddy to emergency, after a grooming appt she developed a collapsed trachea. We submitted our claims and hoped for the best. Embrace covered just as they said and we had our reimbursement within about 15 days. A few weeks later Fred developed a liver infection and was hospitalized. All covered. He now has developed diabetes, again hospitalized and again covered. I can’t tell you how wonderful Embrace has been, from the person who answers the phone to the adjuster who writes the check, they truly are simply the best! Hands down !

This year has been a horrible year for my GSD, Joe. We have had one issue after another. And sadly it's still going on. A saving grace is the fact I got insurance on Joe when Joe was a puppy. Animal medicine has come very far in the past few decades, which is wonderful, but expensive when you need it. I do what needs doing for my animals, but having the insurance has been a huge piece of mind. My advise - get more insurance than you think you would need. I'd rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

I cannot say enough positive things about Embrace.... the coverage, timely reimbursement and customer service.... My lab Jazzy has had major surgeries, illnesses, etc. and Embrace has been my piece of mind..... always!!! I will always choose Embrace with every and any animal I own.,,

We're so grateful we chose pet insurance with Embrace from the very start. It is so totally worth it. Embrace makes it easy to make claims. Our vet is familiar with them and they help make it easy. Having a new puppy is so wonderful but not without a little more work and worry. Really glad that unexpected vet bill was not a big worry thanks to getting insurance from the get-go.

It is a great relief to know that I can give our Yorkie good health care. Veterinarian care is not cheap. I researched several pet insurance plans before choosing Embrace Insurance. I felt this met our pet insurance needs the best. My Veterinarian Hospital works well dealing with the paperwork and faxing it to Embrace. I would definitely recommend this insurance program.
