So much paperwork for a medical background needed for a straight forward claim
The veterinary hospitals and small vet practices don't want to deal with insurances - they told us this fact. Embrace insurance company wanted the background notes for a pet history. Consequently it took a very long time for the claim to finalize and I'm sure much hassling between Embrace and these providers to get the info they wanted/need. I'm guessing these providers don't want the overhead of the insurance claim process.
This is the first pet we enrolled for insurance and it was a very frustrating process.
