Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I did not have the insurance on my rescue and it cost my paycheck to give her a fighting chance. Since then I wouldn't have a dog without it. It takes away having to make a painful deal because you can't afford treatment I am so glad we have embrace now with our weims. One just finished chemo embrace covered 90 percent. He is in remission now so we cherish every day

This is the first time I have submitted a claim for pet insurance. I was quite pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to submit my claim. The person who helped me on the phone was friendly and patient and answered all my questions. Best of all, my claim was settled fairly and very quickly.

We have two cats. We are Embrace member since 2013. We are grateful that we found Embrace. Excellent service.

First time I've purchased pet insurance and this is on my Australian Shepherd youngster. I got the insurance policy AND the Wellness Rewards policy to boot. Because Fizz is young, I opted to schedule him for a wellness check to fill out the orthopedic exam for waiver of waiting period (rough and tumble boy!) I got a reminder that Embrace had not received it (Vet's office was faxing in, but sometimes those things fail), so I sent an email with the Filled/signed form from the Vet, as well as an image of the bill that I paid for that appointment. I never thought about it falling under the Wellness Rewards, I simply sent it to show that it was actually performed at the Vet's office. Next thing I know, I've gotten an email 3 business days later confirming they received my form and the waiver is applied on the orthopedic side, and 3 business days after that an email confirming they've accepted, processed, and paid for that visit under my Wellness Rewards and a check is on it's way! I think there's a whole lot of industries out there that could take a lesson in how to take care of your customers! Thank you so much!!

I was able to receive a pre-approval in 30 min after contacting Embrace Pet Insurance. I was sitting in the parking lot of the ER praying it would be approved. Without the help from Embrace I would of had to take my doggie home without treatment.... Thank you so much!!!
